Cook Tillman Law Group has practiced estate planning, probate, and business law in Brentwood for more than fifty years between its partners. The firm has stayed deliberately small. Estate planning rewards continuity, and a small team is how we keep that continuity intact across generations of a family.
Estate planning is the work of arranging your affairs while you can. Probate and trust administration is the work of carrying out an estate plan, or filling the gap when one is missing. Business law, for the families and closely held companies we serve, is what runs alongside both: entity formation, governance, succession.
A meaningful share of our work is for clients whose names are public. For those clients we operate with the assumption that confidentiality is part of the deliverable. We call that part of the practice Discretion.
