Alex Fasching is a partner at the firm and the head of its probate department. His practice focuses on the work that follows the death of a loved one — the appointment of a personal representative, the inventory and valuation of assets, the resolution of creditor claims, the administration of trusts that take effect on death, and the litigation that occasionally arises when a family or a beneficiary disagrees with the way an estate is being handled.
His multi-faceted experience includes building a new law firm into a multistate probate litigation specialization firm. He obtained his law degree from the University of Minnesota and is licensed in Tennessee.
