What this site collects, what it does with that information, and what it does not do.
This site does not use analytics, cookies for tracking, or third-party advertising scripts. It does not set any cookies beyond what is required for the site to function.
The contact form on the Contact page collects the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you submit. That information is sent via Resend (an email API service) to Cairn & Flint Studio at alex@cairnandflint.com. It is not stored in any database; it exists only as the resulting email.
Standard server access logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user agent) are retained briefly by the hosting provider (Vercel) for operational and security purposes.
This site is not the firm’s actual website and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Submitting the contact form does not retain any attorney; it sends a non-privileged message to Cairn & Flint Studio.
Please do not submit confidential or privileged information through this site. The form copy explicitly asks visitors not to include sensitive material in a first message. See the full disclaimer for details.
